Пияно агнешко на фурна
ПРОДУКТИ:
Агнешко месо или цяло агънце (моето беше бут 1600 гр)
Меко масло
Сол на вкус
Черен пипер на вкус
Червен пипер на вкус
Сух чесън на вкус
200 мл бяло вино (може и повече, ако месото е повече)
200 мл вода (може и повече, ако месото е повече)
ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
1. Намажете месото с подправките и по възможност го оставете да отлежи така няколко часа.
2. Покрийте агнешкото с дебел пласт меко масло, от всички страни. Сложете в глинен съд или съд от друг материал. Сипете виното и водата и затворете с капак или алуминиево фолио.
3. Сложете агнешкото в студена фурна и включете на 150° – 160° отгоре и отдолу. Печете около 6 часа или повече (ако месото е по-голямо количество). Препоръчително е веднъж да го обърнете, за да стане сочно от всички страни. След готовност, може да запечете за няколко минути на силна фурна, за хубав загар.
